Studio DAR completed this fit out and ‘upgrade’ of a recently constructed development house in Kew, Richmond for a discerning private client with an eye for detail and a strict budget. The principal living space at first floor level was opened up from front to back, and the staircase was refurbished to improve the sense of flowing space and movement in the property. The finishes palette was chosen to complement existing artwork.
