Nevsky Prospect, St. Petersburg
The proposed demolition of an existing building on Nevsky Prospect in St.Petersburg leaves an amazing site for this building - a mixed use retail, commercial and hotel development.
Overlooking the river Fontanka and in the very centre of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the design is a response to the specific St. Petersburg urban context. We are delighted to design on challenging sites like these, and the design will carry through to the interior spaces to create a very special building.
